if anyone actually had one to trade in), I can find some of the best (and worse) titles at this store, from atari and above. My sights are set on that Sega Saturn, Virtual Boy and N-Gage. Now with an easier access to earlier games and even systems (should I ever get the money. I had a Mario themed one they actually accepted. Oh and they do trade ins of about anything video game related. They had games, accessories, decors, hardware and everything related to retro and newer games. When I first walked in, it was a slice of heaven. You may have heard of this store from a video by ScrewAttack from 2007 who did a special video for the store. Sometime before the unexpected lay-off (it was at the last minute!), me and my friend, Shadowsnake123, discovered a game store aptly titled Game Over over at San Antonio.
On the upside, I do have good news to bring.
So I am trying what I can to combat this to the best of my ability. School is also handing me my butt, half it due to demotivation and the other half due to not having the time to dedicate to it due to other personal issues. I can still live with how I am for the time being until then. I hope to change that next week as there are a few openings at a variety of places down where I live. I've been hearing about unemployment benefits and how it can help me when I'm out of the job, but for the past few days I came to the realization that being without a job to do and gaining a consistent source of income makes me feel empty as a person. Oh well, at least I can still support myself in terms of driving around, feeding myself, and cleaning myself up.
So much for getting a new computer any time soon.Ī common feeling knowing I have many PC games I cannot even run. Fortunately, it won't hurt my future plans since I got enough to help me through a couple of trips I want to go on, but other than that, I'm pretty much broke. And yes, I am jobless for the time being. A combination of thinking where the heck am I going to go from here, and how I am going to start dedicating myself to finally work on the videos I've been wanting to work on for a long time. So yeah, things has been rough since then. My PS3 is now dead, and due to lack of job, that means lack of funds to pay for it's repairs.
For those small percentage of people who actually keep up with my blog, hoping for some kind of update since my review on Final Fight Streetwise, I can summarize what has been going on since then in these few words.
